Service

Customer account, purchase of credits and delivery of an original (ORI) ECU file. One request costs 1 credit. The file is delivered electronically via download from the customer account. There is no physical delivery.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euro and in Serbian dinar (RSD) and include VAT where the seller is a VAT payer. Card payments are charged in dinars; if your card is issued in another currency, your card issuer converts at its own rate. Accepted: the cards shown in the site footer, PayPal and bank transfer. A fiscal receipt is issued for every payment and sent to the customer by email.

Card payment security

Card details are entered only on the bank's secure page (3-D Secure). The seller never sees or stores your card data.

Use of the service

The customer confirms that uploaded files come from vehicles they are authorized to work on. The seller is not liable for use of the delivered file contrary to regulations.

Governing law

The law of the Republic of Serbia applies. Disputes are subject to the court at the seller's seat unless consumer law provides otherwise.
