Credit returns

If we cannot find the ORI file, the credit is automatically returned to your account and you receive an email.

Withdrawal

Credit purchase and delivery of digital content start immediately on your request. The consumer agrees that performance begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal for a delivered (downloaded) file. Unused credits can be refunded on request within 14 days of purchase.

How money is returned

Refunds go back the same way the payment was made (card, PayPal, bank), within 15 days. A fiscal document (refund/storno) is issued for each refund.

Complaints

Send complaints to info@vasdomen.rs with the request or payment number. We reply within 8 days. Seller: Naziv firme / preduzetnik, Ulica i broj, poštanski broj, mesto, Srbija.
